LUNCH DEBATE : 17 SEPTEMBER 2026
__________________________________________________________
Subject: Keeping your non-profit operational: AML, KYC, UBO and the risk of disruption
In an increasingly demanding regulatory environment, compliance with AML, KYC and UBO obligations has become a continuous process rather than a one-off exercise. Non-profit organisations are now expected to maintain accurate, consistent and up-to-date information at all times—across registers, internal documentation and interactions with third parties.
During this FAIB Lunch Debate, we will explore how these requirements are closely interconnected with administrative and publication formalities, and how they impact relationships with amongst others banks, and domiciliation service providers. Particular attention will be given to the risk of operational disruption in case of inconsistencies or delays.
With a strong practical focus, the session will provide concrete tips and best practices to anticipate requests, streamline compliance processes and manage these obligations efficiently throughout the year. We will also address the increasing responsibility of directors and officers in this context, including their role in ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
Join us to gain practical insights and ensure your organisation remains compliant, operational and well-governed at all times.
