Subject: Keeping your non-profit operational: AML, KYC, UBO and the risk of disruption

In an increasingly demanding regulatory environment, compliance with AML, KYC and UBO obligations has become a continuous process rather than a one-off exercise. Non-profit organisations are now expected to maintain accurate, consistent and up-to-date information at all times—across registers, internal documentation and interactions with third parties.
