Year in review: overview of (recent & expected) developments in legislation and/or regulations impacting INPAs, e.g. , teleworking regulations, GDPR, company law reform, taxation, competition regulations, …
There were significant developments for non-profit associations during 2017 and we expect to see at least as much action in 2018.
During this annual lunch-debate, various specialist speakers from Bird & Bird LLP will present an update on relevant issues, hot topics or legislative proposals that have impacted or will impact the non-profit sector.
Topics addressed during this lunch-debate will include, among others, teleworking regulations, GDPR, taxation, the impact of Brexit on non-profit associations, the protection of trade secrets of non-profit associations, the mandatory transparency register, the reform of the Belgian Companies Code and forthcoming changes in the Economic Law Code.
It will be followed by a Q&A session. Bird & Bird is also happy to receive any questions in advance (please address them to faib@faib.org by 1 December 2017).
Both sessions will be in English; questions can also be put in French or Dutch.
